Polycarbonate sheets can be joined using several methods. The most popular and least expensive method is to use

Polycarbonate or Aluminum profiles like H-channels, these profiles are made of polycarbonate.

They are somewhat flexible and can be cut with any type of saw. There are basically two types of H & U-channels.  

U channels are used for the open ends of the polycarbonate sheet, top, and bottom.  

U-channels are highly recommended and should be used for all applications.
